Tapas Best of 2022 

Tapas is owned by Kakao Entertainment, a Korean media and entertainment company offering multi-genre webtoons, web series and novels, to digital content consumer and creator communities.

 

Multiple social media channels were leveraged to promote a diverse range of IP series and original Tapas titles on a daily basis. At the end of the year, collective performance data lended to a curated list of select top series. As art director of the U.S. creative team in collaboration with cross-marketing leads, I helped to highlight the outstanding content and creators of 2022 with a "Tapas Best of" concept and creative showcase. From there, our creative team developed simple categories that presented the content through engaging design and interactive (animated and carousel) formats.

Creating a 2022 Competitor Design & Branding  Analysis at the end of the year for the internal design, brand, product and marketing teams, was essential to help evolve the brand and provide insight as to how we could improve and stand out in a saturated industry. I oversaw the audit, research, and design development of this cohesive, educational presentation.
